Nutritional value of oysters

The Gale Street Inn had a special this weekend -- six oysters and a Guiness for $10. A question arose at the table, do oysters contain a lot of fat? The answer appears to be: not necessarily a lot of fat, but, yes, a lot of cholesterol. But the high amount of zinc should help to ward off any impending colds for those who partook in the special.
