No. 3
Reading Scott's high school confessions reminded me of a sad incident from my grade school years. When I was in sixth grade, I decided that three was my favorite number. So I wrote all over my notepad, "I'm #3" -- trying to be cooler than the kids proclaiming their number oneness. But then another kid saw it and said, "Yes, you're number three, because God is number one and your family's number two." That caused all my preacher's kid angst to well up -- and I never wrote that I was number three again.
