Ukranian Village

For the past several months, as I've walked the dog along such streets as Leavitt, Superior, Iowa, Campbell, Rice and Oakley, I've wondered why so many orange ribbons are tied to the trees and houses. A Ukrainian religious tradition? A spring celebration?
