Cut from the same cloth?
Let's review.
John Kerry--VOLUNTEERED to go to Vietnam.
George W. Bush: used family connections to get out of going to Vietnam. Now, has no problem LIEING to the American people so that he can send their children to this generation's Vietnam.
John Kerry: now famous for marrying wealthy women. Not a crime, as far as I know.
George W. Bush: fails in business and makes his money by insider trading. When caught, no problem: daddy is President; Chairman of SEC is daddy's former legal counsel; SEC Investigator is former attorney for George W. himself. Investigation dropped. Hmmm... (And if you believe he was innocent, you'll probably also be interested in going to Iraq to look for the famed "WMD"...and after that, you can bend over and take some more.)
So no, I wouldn't say they were cut from the same cloth. And frankly, I'm at a bit of loss as to why the college grades of the two are "news," anyway.
Oh yeah...I remember now...because it's a good distraction...
Just by the way...5 more Marines died yesterday...
And George W. Bush did lie to the Congress and the American people, and a direct result of those lies is more Americans, Iraqis and others from around the world dieing everyday for no good reason.
