What's the Oldest Song on Your Hard Drive?
Based on Kevin's comment over at the TMC Sports Page, I decided to search my hard drive for the oldest song. Before Napster, I used to download songs via FTP and burn them to CDs, so this isn't the first song I downloaded, but the first song I've saved all these years.
And my oldest song is:
"I Let Her Lie" by Daryle Singletary, last modified 2/6/1999.
I just listened to it, and it's still a great song. Best line:
