Crazy Dog

This morning, I had an early dentist appointment, so instead of our usual routine, I took Morgan out for a quick walk and then started to get ready for the dentist.

While I was taking a shower, a smoke detector in my apartment began emitting a high, shrill beep because its battery was running low. And, for some reason, that really frightened my dog.

So, imagine my surprise when Morgan, who usually hates water and won't go anywhere near it, jumped into the shower with me. It was an interesting way to start the day, to say the least. But rather than giving her a shampoo, I shoved her right out again, so she spent the next fifteen minutes leaning against the side of the bathtub.

Which reminds me, I've got to buy a nine volt battery tomorrow.
