Restoring Google's Reputation

Seeing as how we (the IOP faithful) did what might be construed as a little Google bashing below, e.g., saying they are the new Big Brother, I figured we should mention Google's philanthropic arm and its involvement in developing electric cars. I have to admit, I didn't know about that until today, reading the article. But at first blush, I'm impressed, seems like a good thing.
