World's First Mjolnir Cocktail Enjoyed Today

OAKLAND, Calif.

Today I mixed and enjoyed the world's first mjolnir cocktail. Here's the recipe:

1 shot aquavit
1 shot scotch
Dash bitters

Pour aquavit and scotch over ice. Add bitters. Stir.

I'm surprised to report that the mjolnir is a tasty drink, although strong. For the aquavit, I was faced with four choices at the liquor store; two were Danish, one Swedish and one Norwegian. Although the Norwegian was most expensive and five star rated, I went for the Swedish, figuring I didn't need to become an aquavit connoisseur on my first bottle.
