One of the Reasons I Like Oakland

It looks like they haven't bought a new "Slow Children Playing" stencil for their street signs since 1895:



I took this picture on Lakeshore Avenue this morning at about 7:30, while I was walking the dog. I had to step over some shrubbery to get a good angle. Here's a map of where I was:
