Crazy!

Here's the latest update on the house below. A buyer made two offers on it, and both were rejected by the bank. So I still have a chance to figure out if I want to live on ramen and peanut butter for a while, as I live in a large, cool, but somewhat dingy old house.

This is a crazy, high intensity process!
