Here are the pros and cons of this one:

Pros:

1. Stained glass windows and nice woodwork inside.
2. View of the bay
3. Lots of space
4. Big room downstairs for itinerant brothers

Cons:

1. Needs foundation work
2. I needed to put in a low-ball offer to afford it
3. Weird stairway that takes up half the dining room
4. Weird looking stone facade on the front
