Back Yard in Low Light
Here are a couple pictures I took as the sun was setting and the fog was rolling in across the Bay:
The madrone (Arbutus menziesii) stands sentinel over the yard, capturing the last rays of the evening.
The Countess of Haddington rhododendron on the left, Senecio stellata on the right.
Dudleya farinosa, with the leaf of a concord grape in the background.
I still haven't been able to figure out what kind of rose this is.
Almost too dark to see, Nierembergia hippomanica.
